BIO.

Artur Weber is an Estonian-born, Riyadh-based interdisciplinary artist working between image, space, and technology. His practice moves fluidly between photography, moving image, installation, and immersive environments, creating visual narratives that challenge perception and resist fixed definitions of medium.

Rooted in a background in graphic design and visual communication, Weber approaches each work as both a visual inquiry and a spatial experience. His projects often explore the subtle thresholds between observation and imagination, where images shift, environments breathe, and familiar realities begin to feel slightly unstable.

Since relocating to Riyadh in 2019, Weber has become actively engaged in the region’s evolving cultural landscape. His work has been presented at institutions including King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Misk Art Institute, and the Noor Riyadh Festival, where his immersive installation INNER WAVES received international recognition in the Immersive Lighting Project category.

Weber’s current work explores how digital tools, perceptual systems, and spatial narratives can construct experiences that exist somewhere between the virtual and the tangible. Rather than representing reality, his work seeks to subtly alter how it is perceived, remembered, and sensed.
